About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist.

This is a dynamic sales environment that thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for our clients.

  • Key responsibilities include providing a personalized and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery, showcasing deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits, managing the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups, and utilizing digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales role, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences, a genuine interest in the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the products we represent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms, and availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).

A valid driver's licence is also essential for this role.
