Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at our flagship store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store net sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Support store management by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, thereby building brand equity.
  • Represent the brand and products in an inspiring way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action, and inspiring consumer loyalty.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members.
