SPK Kiosk & Bar is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team, working on one of Mornington Peninsula's finest beaches.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Welcoming and serving hundreds of customers daily, providing outstanding service and ensuring their satisfaction.">
  • Working efficiently with high-volume orders, utilizing your expertise as a barista to maintain quality and efficiency.">
  • Flexibility to work behind the espresso machine, as well as in other positions such as iced/blended beverages, takeaway kiosk, and waiting tables.">
  • Maintaining product knowledge of our menu and ingredients, effectively communicating this to customers.">
  • Monitoring front-of-house operations, including the cafe dining area, cleanliness, and appearance.">
  • Handling orders, upselling, and operating the Point of Sales System/Eftpos.">

Additional tasks may include:

  • ">
  • Setting up and packing down the espresso machine.">
  • Opening and closing the store.">
  • Performing routine upkeep and cleaning of equipment.">
