Health, Safety and Environmental Governance Expert

Join a team of experts to apply for a role that involves strengthening nbn's approach to risk and compliance within Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
This expert will improve safety and environmental management systems, bring clarity and cohesion to how HSE risk is assessed and managed and controls assured across the organisation.
The role requires establishing HSE risk registers, conducting risk assessments, and documenting controls, while developing and delivering an audit program that supports both operational and strategic outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in HSE governance, risk and compliance, ideally within high-risk industries such as construction, mining, telco or rail.
They are confident navigating complex systems and frameworks, with a strong track record in risk assessment, assurance and reporting.
A background in consulting or advisory is highly valued, and the ability to think both operationally and at an enterprise level will be key to integrating systems and driving meaningful change.
About the Role- This is a mid-senior level position requiring expertise in HSE governance, risk and compliance.
