We're an exciting business providing a full range of solutions to small businesses around Australia. As a Business Banking Manager in our Small to Medium Enterprise Banking Premium Pod, you'll play a key role in helping to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-sell, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.
You will be responsible for building customer engagement with existing small business customers primarily within your area and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to understand their ambitions and help them realize their business goals.
As a member of our high-performing team culture, you'll contribute to a collaborative environment based on rapid customer solutioning. You'll engage with existing small business customers and effectively collaborate with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong relationship management skills, including building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Portfolio management is also key, as well as customer solutioning and credit assessment.
