About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality strategic plans and projects that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structuring complex problems and defining plans to solve them
  • Extracting insights from data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Coaching and developing junior team members
  • Project managing key projects and work streams
  • Injecting strategic and innovative thinking into business issues
  • Influencing key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank, or corporate strategy team
  • Outstanding academic record and social achievements
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic problem-solving, project management, and change management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytics and quantitative modelling skills
  • Consumer market experience and retail experience is an advantage
