We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead our SME and commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a diverse range of clients, providing tailored general insurance advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME/commercial clients
  • Provide expert general insurance advice across multiple lines
  • Prepare and process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims
  • Liaise with underwriters to deliver excellent outcomes for clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in general insurance broking
  • Strong product knowledge across Business Package, Contract Works, ISR, Liability, and more
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude — someone who takes initiative and delivers
