Manager Regulatory Assessments

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager to lead regulatory and assurance activities in our Local Water Utilities team. The successful candidate will ensure transparent, consistent risk-based assessments working with local water utilities and co-regulators to achieve great outcomes for the community.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading change, building culture, and forging operational relationships with co-regulators.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing quality management/quality assurance processes.
  • Experience and understanding of water utilities and/or council operations, strategic planning, and risks associated with providing water and sewer services across regional NSW.
  • Regulatory frameworks around drinking, recycled, and waste water, treatment works, liquid trade waste, and water management.

You will be highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills, a passion for creativity, good governance, continuous improvement, and influencing organisational culture.
