Job Description

As Campus Life Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our campuses are vibrant, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students, staff, and the broader community.

Reporting to the Campus Director, you will work closely with various teams to deliver the campus activation strategy, providing specialist assistance to international students and supporting the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate campus activities, including events, tours, and student activities
  • Manage staff and student communication, including newsletters, signage, and digital displays
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide support to international students and help them navigate university life in Australia
  • Work closely with the Student Representative Council (SRC) to support their initiatives and provide guidance
  • Assist with campus administration and provide administrative support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house, customer service, or customer experience role
  • Demonstrated experience in running and organizing events
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances
  • An understanding of the higher education environment is advantageous but not essential
