Field Marketing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned field marketing specialist to accelerate growth in the South Pacific region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-impact field marketing programs with a focus on return on investment (ROI).

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Developing and implementing an annual marketing plan that supports strategic growth priorities
  • Embracing a digital-first mindset in all tactics
  • Collaborating with sales teams to define event and campaign key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitoring the implementation and managing lead-to-revenue processes
  • Executing public relations and social media activities to enhance thought leadership
  • Building relationships with regional distributors and channel partners
  • Partnering with Asia Pacific, Global, and local teams to execute campaigns

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing
  • A strong understanding of marketing infrastructure and tools
  • Excellent business and financial skills
