Position: Marketing Specialist

Salary: $95,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Mode: Full-time

Hours: 38

Location: 8A Wybalena Place, Jannali, NSW 2226

Experience required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including DRP acquisition and retention with insurers.
  • Expand revenue streams by targeting non-insurance clients such as fleet operators and dealerships.
  • Conduct market intelligence and opportunity analysis, including trend forecasting and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including insurance assessors, fleet managers, and industry bodies.
  • Align operational capabilities with marketing strategies, including technical investments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in auto repair marketing or management, with specific experience in insurance partnership management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and innovative thinking.
