Key Responsibilities- Support clients in their personal growth and development, fostering a sense of competence and independence.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to customers, helping them achieve their employment and training goals.
- Manage your own calendar to meet client expectations and workload demands.
- Conduct mini-mental health training sessions for employment services staff.
- Liaise with local health professionals and services as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and customers.
- Identify and engage with potential new entrants to SLES.
- Complete risk assessments and discuss suitability with relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate about assisting individuals with diverse clinical presentations and psychosocial challenges.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- An approved Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work degree.
- Full registration with the relevant body.
- Determination and motivation for professional growth.
- A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients.
- High levels of verbal and written communication.
- Customer-centric approach with a desire to drive strong client relationships.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle.
