Job Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning, as well as their capacity to perform daily living activities and instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs and IADLs)
- Treatment Goal Development: Analyze assessment findings to develop tailored treatment goals, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team
- Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, receive formal 1:1 supervision, engage in group supervision, and disability-specific workshops
- Collaboration: Work with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide comprehensive support
About You
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or experience in occupational therapy
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to working with participants and colleagues
