This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, their families, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders to develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return-to-work strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and activities of daily living functional capacity evaluations.
- Design and deliver meaningful intervention programs that build functional capacity and independence.
- Develop and implement evidence-based solutions to address barriers and facilitate client recovery.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to navigate funding schemes and empower client recovery.
- A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently in the community.
- Eligibility for a working with children check and police clearance.
