Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Research and Development Professional to join our team. This role involves rotating across various science functions within the organisation, providing comprehensive exposure to different roles and responsibilities.

About The Job

This position will drive the advancement of complementary medicine by creating innovative, consumer-focused solutions. You will be responsible for optimizing product life-cycles by developing and implementing regulatory strategies, and ensuring alignment between patient health and commercial success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze Vitamin-Mineral Supplements (VMS) gummies; support formulation, testing, and analysis while adhering to regulatory standards and company protocols
  • Assist in formulating and developing new complementary medicine gummies (herbal and nutraceutical formulations)
  • Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to guide product development
  • Develop and validate test methods using instruments such as UHPLC, LC-MS, HPTLC
  • Maintain records; prepare and review specifications, master formula, manufacturing instructions, stability protocols, BOMs, SOPs, method validation protocols/reports
  • Support product development in line with regulations; prepare regulatory documentation and ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate with senior scientists, quality/regulatory teams, project managers, brand and manufacturing & supply departments; foster stakeholder relationships
  • Stay updated with trends in complementary medicine and participate in training
