Our Team

As a Chef, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
• Preparing meals and food for patients according to recipe guidelines
• Managing food stock levels
• Regularly monitoring refrigerator and freezer temperatures to meet food safety standards
• Implementing the Food Safety Program
• Collaborating with management and facility staff
• Leading, supervising, coaching, and developing team members to deliver outstanding service

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cooking
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required
• Availability for shifts over a 7-day roster, including weekend work
• Experience in hospital or hotel food service environments is preferred
