System Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Systems Engineers focused on major accounts within their designated region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize Fortinet opportunities in enterprise markets.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for sales calls, providing expert guidance on features, specifications, and functionality to clients.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Account Managers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Manage effective working relationships with regional teams, including MAMs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Consulting Professionals.
  • Travel within assigned territories is required.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineering manager.
  • 5-7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
  • Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP protocols.
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti-virus technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker capable of moving deals through the selling cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in network security industry, MBA preferred.
