Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to help us scale our construction coordination platform globally. This role involves working directly with construction experts on complex coordination challenges, owning problems end-to-end without a separate product management layer.

Your design thinking will directly shape our product and growth trajectory. You'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing user-centered products that meet the needs of construction teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features
  • Conducting user research to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS product design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for construction and project management
