Job Opportunity: A seasoned product designer is sought after to enhance the construction coordination platform globally.

About Us: We bridge the gap between planned and actual construction projects. Our platform empowers teams to maintain routine coordination, work from shared information, and catch problems before progress is hindered.

Product Development: At our organization, everyone genuinely loves what we build. You'll join a team where product, sales, customer success, and leadership are aligned on empowering construction teams. Our Product team includes a Head of UX and designers, supported by an 8-person CX team and 18-person engineering team across Asia/Australia.

Impact: As a Senior Product Designer, you'll scale proven tools into new markets and workflows. This involves expanding what works, not finding product-market fit. You'll own problems end-to-end and influence what to solve, not just how.

Requirements: You're excited by complex systems and see construction workflows as design challenges. You lead with curiosity about how things work and want to grow as a design leader or exceptional individual contributor.

Essential Skills: 4+ years in B2B/enterprise SaaS product design

Bonus Skills: Experience with construction, project management, or technical tools
