Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Townsville. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling and developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
  • Servicing our existing client base and analyzing their needs to increase sales.
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to source new business and customers and leverage existing relationships to increase sales.
  • Experience in working with CRM Systems, Google systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Ability to cold-call and plan sales territory.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Overnight travel to Cairns required (once per month).
  • Able to travel to regional areas as sales opportunities require.
