Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Winning Appliances. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Account Executives by providing exceptional customer service to our Home Builders and Project Home Builders commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Manage the full cycle of customer orders, including responding to customer inquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.
  • Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with customers and construction site supervisors on the progress of orders, deliveries, service calls, and any other issues that may arise.
  • Transport Coordination: Ensure the Transport Teams are informed in advance of any delivery requirements specific to Project Home Builder customers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant business units to ensure a quality experience is delivered to all commercial customers.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service and/or administration.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of white goods and understanding of plumbing products are highly desired.
  • Computer Literacy: High computer literacy with experience using MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze technical data and make product recommendations.
  • Teamwork: A team player.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
