We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join our Winning Services team. As a key member of our distribution centre operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless communication and planning between our sales teams, distribution centre, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal sales team, driver, and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process redeliveries, changeovers, and special requests efficiently.
  • Accurately maintain order/invoice and inventory records for audit purposes.
  • Enter stock movements, including receipt, dispatch, and returns, into our Navision ERP system.
  • Manage inbound queries and communications for our distribution centre, returns, and receiving teams.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve outstanding Service Request Orders (SROs) in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely bookings and manage inbound shipment capacities.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Resolve ad hoc customer queries and escalate to Customer Experience as necessary.
  • Perform general office management and customer service tasks as required.
  • Support commercial teams with general delivery scheduling and booking of couriers and customer pickups.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration role within a similar-sized business.
  • High level of data entry experience with customer service/office coordination focus.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and Email or Google Suite.
  • Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and quality customer service.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision.
  • Experience in supply chain or distribution administration/support is highly regarded.
