Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a successful corporate with a proven track record in its field and an impressive national portfolio.

The role involves working closely with other members of the legal team and partnering with stakeholders across all business functions and supporting core teams.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, minor works agreements, and construction agreements.
  • Assisting with leasing matters, managing tenant disputes, and assisting teams on property acquisition, disposal, and capital investment opportunities and mandate matters as required.
  • Updating precedent documents, conducting research, and providing training to the business.
About You

This role would suit:

  • a proactive lawyer with transactional experience,
  • a minimum of 7 years' PQE from a well-regarded law firm or similar environment,
  • Prior experience in high-value property acquisitions,
  • Proficiency in managing leases ideally in the retail sector,
  • some knowledge of construction law (not essential).
