People and Culture Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture expert to drive strategic initiatives that foster collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with local business leaders, driving performance improvement and growth through data insights and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to manage employee issues, investigations, and case management aligned with our values and policies.
  • Establish and maintain positive industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
