The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. This role involves assisting residents with their personal care needs and supporting them in their daily activities, allowing them to live with independence and dignity.

You will be working at one of our many locations, where you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and make a real difference in their lives.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive care that enriches the daily life of our residents, supporting their choices and independence, and delivering personalised care that meets our high standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience in aged care is highly regarded, but not essential – we offer comprehensive training to new staff members
  • A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on people's lives
