Becoming a licensed and confident bus driver is a rewarding career path. Through our comprehensive training program, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

The Training Program
  • A supportive environment with a mix of classroom and on-road training will help you develop your driving skills and confidence.
  • Our program includes training to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence, which is a nationally recognised qualification.
  • You'll also receive industry leading pay throughout your training and be assigned a Buddy for support and development.
  • Our depot locations across Melbourne offer excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
  • As a bus driver, you'll need excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Additionally, you'll require a current Australian Car driver's licence (full licence held for at least 2 years), willingness to have pre-employment assessments and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
  • Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen) are also required.
