Job Title: Coffee Shop Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized team player to join our coffee shop team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of their work.

About the Role:

This role involves working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer experiences, manage the front-of-house area, and contribute to the smooth operation of the coffee shop.

  • Manage daily operations, including preparing drinks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain stock levels.
  • Contribute to ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new products, equipment, and procedures.
  • Participate in regular meetings and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a barista, demonstrating exceptional skills and knowledge in coffee preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Schedule:
