Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Team Member to join our team. As a Coffee Shop Team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:45pm. You will be working in a fast-paced environment as part of a proactive team with various responsibilities including:

  • Barista duties: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks and smoothies
  • Front-of-House duties: Greet and interact with customers, manage cash handling and operate POS systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience as a Barista
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Experience:
