Spa Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to advance their skills and work alongside dedicated team members in creating memorable treatment experiences for our guests.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service with all treatments, performing a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, spa treatments, and relaxation massage.

You will also assist our guests with queries and have in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products. Additionally, you will assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and booking in members and guests for appointments.

This is a permanent part-time role that requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. We offer flexibility working arrangements with some weekend work.

Essential Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a specific focus in providing spa treatments
  • Day Spa experience specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services.
  • Experience using LaGaia products
  • Ability to actively promote, sell, and upgrade products & services
  • Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation maintained at all times.
