Responsibilities
  • As a Fitness Consultant, provide exceptional customer service to all members using your strong work ethic, solid organisational skills and outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Focus on conducting fitness assessments, program writing and taking group fitness training sessions.
  • Create specialised exercise programs and perform detailed health assessments.
  • Maintain client files with strong administration skills to track and manage information.

We're looking for…
  • Previous experience as a group fitness instructor
  • Availability across the week including weekends
  • A Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and lifeguard qualified highly desirable
  • A passion for the health and fitness industry and a strong desire to exceed member expectations
  • An up to date Working with Children check
  • An in-depth understanding of group fitness training techniques
  • The ability to interact and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people
  • Strong motivational skills with the drive to help guests achieve their goals and the willingness to learn and continuously improve
