Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to advance your skills and work alongside dedicated professionals who deliver exceptional treatment experiences for guests.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, including facial therapies, spa treatments, and relaxation massage. You will also provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and maintaining in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.

In addition to providing treatments, you will assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls, processing payments, and booking appointments for members and guests.

This is a permanent part-time role that requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. We offer flexible working arrangements, including some weekend work.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a focus on providing spa treatments
  • Experience in day spas, specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services
  • Experience using LaGaia products
  • The ability to actively promote and sell products and services
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation at all times
