About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. As a key member of our community outreach program, you will work closely with individuals who require support to achieve their goals and improve their mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to individuals to help them set and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement support plans
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities, such as shopping, medical appointments, and recreational activities
  • Assist individuals to develop skills and independence, with a focus on recovery and empowerment
