Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at headspace, a National Youth Mental Health Foundation. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing short to medium term counselling using evidence-based therapies such as Single Session Therapy, DBT, and CBT
  • Actively working with young people to facilitate their recovery and development goals
  • Conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address issues related to family violence, mental health, and substance misuse

Requirements:

  • Full registration as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a fully registered Clinical Psychologist
  • A deep understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, or IPT
