Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at headspace Port Macquarie. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert leadership, support, and clinical supervision to our dynamic clinical team.
About the Role:- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of mental health professionals
- Develop and implement clinical services to ensure high-quality care and seamless client pathways
- Oversee clinical governance, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with headspace standards
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant health field and AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership with the association in your field
- At least 5 years of senior clinical experience, with advanced skills in mental health screening and risk assessment
- Proven ability to lead and supervise clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
