We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our platform engineering and operations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and optimization of AWS and Azure environments.
This role involves backend optimization, lifecycle management, and addressing cloud hygiene issues to deliver sustainable infrastructure practices.
- Manage and optimize AWS and Azure platforms across multiple workloads.
- Support backend infrastructure optimization and adjustments.
- Oversee storage lifecycle management, including hybrid solutions such as FSx.
- Implement cloud hygiene and governance measures to prevent inefficiencies and cost overruns.
- Provide operational support to platform and storage teams, balancing business-as-usual with project requirements.
- Enable sustainable infrastructure growth through protocols and best practices.
- Strong expertise in managing AWS and Azure infrastructure is required.
- Solid experience in cloud storage lifecycle management and optimization is essential.
- A background in platform engineering and backend performance tuning is necessary.
- Familiarity with automation and governance in multi-cloud environments is advantageous.
- The ability to work across business-as-usual operations while supporting new project delivery is a must.
