Backend Storage Solutions Specialist

This is a demanding role that requires designing, building, and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and resilient storage systems on cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop distributed storage solutions, APIs, and backend services for mission-critical applications
  • Ensure low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant data storage across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, SREs, and product teams to define technical roadmaps and improve system efficiency
  • Drive performance optimization, data modeling, caching strategies, and cost control across cloud storage services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to data integrity, latency spikes, and storage failures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in backend software development, preferably in a similar domain
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud services, particularly AWS storage technologies
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing distributed systems or high-scale backend services
  • Strong programming skills in Kotlin, with expertise in object-oriented design and software architecture
  • Experience working in agile environments following DevOps and CI/CD best practices
