Backend Storage Solutions Specialist
This is a demanding role that requires designing, building, and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and resilient storage systems on cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop distributed storage solutions, APIs, and backend services for mission-critical applications
Ensure low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant data storage across multiple environments
Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, SREs, and product teams to define technical roadmaps and improve system efficiency
Drive performance optimization, data modeling, caching strategies, and cost control across cloud storage services
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to data integrity, latency spikes, and storage failures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in backend software development, preferably in a similar domain
3+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud services, particularly AWS storage technologies
3+ years of experience in designing and developing distributed systems or high-scale backend services
Strong programming skills in Kotlin, with expertise in object-oriented design and software architecture
Experience working in agile environments following DevOps and CI/CD best practices
