Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset & Configuration Manager to manage our service asset and configuration management functions.

This role requires a proven track record in managing configuration items, CIs, CI classes, CI mapping, assets, and other CMDB functions.

  • Define the lifecycle of assets and CIs;
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Configuration Management Database;
  • Configure tools for asset and CI management;
  • Manage CI classes, asset models, and mandatory fields;
  • Generate reports on asset and CI status;
  • Perform standard activities such as bulk loads, auditing, and validation checks;
  • Engage with other teams to ensure their data is compliant;
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and operations.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a configuration analyst or SACM role, ITIL V4 qualification, and good understanding of all ITIL processes.
