IT Asset Manager - Key Role

This critical function involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of software assets, ensuring visibility, control, and compliance across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
  • Leverage platforms like ServiceNow to manage a centralized software asset repository.
  • Monitor software usage, entitlements, installations, and licensing across diverse environments and vendors.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through usage analysis and licensing optimization.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in IT Asset Management within mid-to-large scale ICT environments.
  • Deep understanding of licensing frameworks for major vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, VMware).
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow for asset discovery and compliance tracking.
  • Strong grasp of ITIL principles, especially in Asset and Configuration Management.
