About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team at Macquarie Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting senior management in managing and controlling costs across the business function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present cost-related reports to senior management, identifying opportunities for improved performance and implementing cost control measures.
  • Maintain and update business function expense policies, collaborating with stakeholders across the group to ensure cost compliance.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or cost management and reporting.
  • Natural collaborator with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate business performance across key financial metrics.
  • Experience in policy management viewed favorably.
