Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

Our Financial Planning and Analysis team plays a vital role in supporting the Macquarie Asset Management division to execute its strategy and deliver positive outcomes for clients, portfolio companies, and communities.

As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis central team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Macquarie Asset Management and the wider Macquarie Group to deliver business forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support. You will identify and implement process improvements, play a key role in project delivery, and communicate reporting and insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver business forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support to stakeholders

Requirements:
- 9-10+ years' of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience in asset management or financial services
- Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a fast-paced, output-focused environment
- Natural collaborator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and negotiation skills
