Aged Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential aged care facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to take on a leadership role in a medium-sized aged care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the facility, ensuring high-quality care and services are provided to residents.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of quality care and services.
- To lead and motivate staff to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements:
- A current Registered Nurse (DIV 1) qualification.
- Experience managing a residential aged care facility as a DON/FM/Site Manager or extensive Clinical Management seeking a step up.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
- Up-to-date with the changing environment of Aged Care.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
