Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in aged care or healthcare, with expertise in operational leadership, project management, and compliance reporting.
  • Demonstrated skills in financial management, including budgeting, acquittals, and grant applications.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop staff in a values-driven environment, promoting high-level communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and aged care reporting portals is highly desirable.
