We are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to ensure high-quality services for older people in the community.

About the Role

The Operational Leader will:

  • Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and support staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • Deliver innovative aged care and community projects, ensuring they meet client needs and funding obligations.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including budgeting and grant applications.
  • Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on sector reforms, risk management and organisational performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in the aged care sector, with a strong understanding of aged care reforms.
  • Demonstrated skills in operational leadership, project management and compliance reporting.
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and grant applications.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop staff and volunteers in a values-driven environment.
  • High-level communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
