As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of real estate for a better world.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to strategic sourcing functions across a diverse portfolio of categories.

Key responsibilities will include establishing category plans, executing strategies, and developing optimal sourcing approaches to meet client needs and expectations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, presenting project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Additionally, you will manage key contracts and their administration, while ensuring optimal vendor delivery.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organisational levels
  • Sound proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
