Job Title: Academic Nursing Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced academic nursing educator to deliver high-quality educational content, facilitate simulation-based clinical training, and contribute to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging academic content and facilitate simulation-based clinical training.
  • Manage laboratory operations, coordinate placements, and assess student competencies.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, academic administration, and ongoing research and professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Clinical experience in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in simulation-based education and teaching in higher education.
  • Registration with an appropriate professional body.
  • A teaching qualification in higher education.
  • Fellowship with Advance HE.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Strong pedagogical and adult learning knowledge.
  • Proficient in simulation technologies and Learning Management Systems.
