Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled educator to deliver academic content and facilitate clinical training in our nursing program.

  • Deliver high-quality academic content
  • Facilitate simulation-based clinical training
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure students achieve 90% clinical competency before placement
  • Conduct at least 3 simulation sessions per cohort
  • Achieve an 80% satisfaction rate in student surveys
  • Provide timely assessment feedback within 2 weeks
Requirements:
  • Clinical experience in nursing or related field
  • Experience in simulation-based education and teaching in higher education
  • Registration with appropriate professional body
  • Teaching qualification in higher education
