We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team in underground coal mining. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, assessing learner competence, and maintaining the integrity of our training operations.

• Deliver training programs for various courses, including RII20320, RII30220, and RII40420, to learners in underground coal mining settings.
• Assess learner competence against the requirements of the relevant training package and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review training programs and assessment tools.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to training and assessment.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and review of assessment decisions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to learners to enhance their vocational skills and employability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in vocational education and training.

• Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in vocational education and training, with a focus on underground coal mining.
• Demonstrate expertise in delivery of training programs, assessment, and quality assurance in a regulated environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Be proficient in the use of digital technologies, including learning management systems and electronic assessment tools.
