Strategic Financial Manager

We're seeking a visionary leader to help drive our organisation's growth and expansion into the future.
The successful candidate will be part of our Executive Management team, working closely with our CEO to achieve strategic goals through ongoing leadership and management of Finance, ICT, Procurement and Contract Management.
This permanent part-time role can be considered on a 3 or 4 days a week basis, predominantly working from our main site, with occasional travel to other Victorian sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer focused service delivery teams in Finance and ICT
- Oversee procurement and contract management
- Influence change and create a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage tender processes and contractor engagement
- Manage risk, contingency planning and OHS
- Manage budgeting, accounting and financial operations
Requirements
- Post graduate qualification in accounting, commerce or business disciplines
- Member of CPA, ICAA or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams in Finance and ICT
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, financial operations and risk management
- Able to influence change and create a culture of continuous improvement
- Experience in managing tender processes and contractor engagement
