Strategic Financial Manager

As an experienced, hands-on Finance and Corporate Services Manager, you will lead finance and administration across various organizations shaping the future of employment and training in Australia.
The Key Responsibilities:- Lead all financial operations, including statutory reporting, audits, payroll, budgeting, and compliance ensuring a seamless experience for employees and employers.
- Oversee administration, contract management, and corporate governance fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure GTO compliance with audits, registrations, labour hire licensing, and apprentice and trainee administration across multiple states promoting industry standards.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a CFO or similar lead finance role with a proven track record of success.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent, with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce demonstrating expertise.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of finance, compliance, and administration systems driving business growth.
